Violetta Flaccus is primarily known as Violetta Constance Raditz
|
|
|
A child prodigy, at age eight Violetta Glemser did whimsical drawings
that were exhibited at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Although
an easel and mural painter, printmaker and designer, she is especially
noted for her childhood work, which was rediscovered by the art world
beginning in 1959. Basically self taught, she grew up in an
art-oriented household as her father was portrait painter, Lazar Raditz.
She
moved to Ireland with her first husband William Flaccus (showing 500 of 1668 characters). |
