William Fredericksen (1914 - 2010)
Born in Norway in 1914, William Fredericksen, artist, craftsman, antique collector and connoisseur, was creative with a number of styles. He is most known for his bright and bold geometric abstracts, figurative crayon compositions and assemblage works.
He studied art at the American Academy of Art and the Art Institute (Chicago) and the Institute of Design. At the Art Institute, Fredericksen was under the tutelage of esteemed Bauhaus maste (showing 500 of 971 characters). |
