Having spent her childhood in New Jersey, where she was born in Netcong as Catherine Woolston, Catherine Goodrich became an art instructor and painter whose subjects ranged from landscapes, seascapes, California missions and still lifes of Mexican artifacts. Locations included the many places she lived throughout her life: Scenes of Idaho, the Anaconda mining shacks and mountains of Montana; and Arizona desert scenes.
Her early schooling was the Normal School in Trenton, (showing 500 of 2445 characters). |
