| | Painter, engraver, etcher. Born in San Luis Obispo, CA on Dec. 19, 1901. Goodchild was a self-taught artist. By 1932 he had moved to southern California and settled in Glendale. He died in Pismo Beach, CA on May 19, 1983. Exh: Biltmore Salon (LA), 1931, 1933; LA Co. Fair (Pomona), 1935-39 (prizes). In: LA Public Library; Mills College (Oakland); Library of Congress.
