| Born in Enid, OK on June 29, 1908. Green studied at the National Academy in Chicago and then had a studio there until 1940. By 1947 he had settled in Altadena, CA, and for many years taught at County Art Institute and South Pasadena Art Center. He died in Altadena on Dec. 27, 2000.
