Felix Albert Gendrot (1866 – 1955)
A sculptor, painter and art instructor, Gendrot was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, April 28, 1866. After his early training at the Massachusetts State Normal Art School, he studied painting and sculpture in Paris at the Academy Julian under Jean Paul Laurens and Benjamin-Constant. He also studied sculpture there under Denis Puech and Raoul Verlet.
Later he taught in Boston, before going to Cleveland in (showing 500 of 1037 characters). |
