| | Born in El Paso, TX on Feb. 8, 1904. Graham studied in Berlin with Karl Huebler at Schule Reimann. By the late 1920s he had moved to southern California and enrolled at Chouinard Art School. During the Depression he was an employee of the Public Works of Art Project. While a resident of Pomona and Claremont, he was active in the local art scene until the onset of WWII. He died in Los Angeles on Feb. 14, 1966. Exh: LA Co. Fair, 1928, 1933, 1934 (1st prizes); Festival of Allied Arts (LA), 1934 (2nd prize).
