| | Born in Colorado on July 28, 1908. Greiser lived in Idaho until moving to Los Angeles with his family in 1922. After graduating from high school, he was awarded a scholarship to the Otis Art Institute. In 1947 he moved north to San Jose where he was the manager of the monument shop at Oak Hill Cemetery for 18 years. He died in San Jose on Jan. 4, 1983. His work includes bronze portraits and carved stones.
