|  Watercolorist Jack Garver of Chatham, Massachusetts is a graduate of the Carnegie Institute of Technology.
He has taught art at the Gilman School in Baltimore, Maryland,and Lawrenceville School in New Jersey.
The artist is a signature member of the New England Watercolor Society, the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, the Taos National Society of Watercolorists and Watercolor USA Honor Society.
