Born in upstate New York and a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, she began her career painting the small towns and rural countryside of her home. Now a resident of Florida, she uses transparent watercolors to paint the Florida landscape capturing the luminous light on her subjects.
Grastorf is a signature member of the American Watercolor Society and the National Watercolor Society. She teaches workshops across the country and is frequently asked to serve as a juror in waterc (showing 500 of 711 characters). |
