Born in Colorado on March 11, 1911 Ralph Harper Goff, while a resident
of Los Angeles in the 1930s, was an employee of the Federal Art
Project. Under their auspices he and James C. Wright painted a
mural in the local Custom House.
For sixty years he was a set designer for the movie studios.
He died in Palm Springs, CA on March 3, 1993.
