A painter of dramatic skyscapes as well as figures and still life, he strives for subject matter that has an element of mystery and allows the viewer to have his or her own interpretation.
He earned a B.A. in history from the University of Redlands in California and then served in the U.S. Navy before beginning his fine art career at age 32. He works from a studio at his farm in Baldwin City, Kansas, and lives with his wife, Roxanne, who handles his marketing. His charcoal and watercolor (showing 500 of 779 characters). |
