This biography from the Archives of AskART:

The following information was submitted by Roger Belson, whose father was the artist's physician in Boston:

She was married to Brigadier General E. Peter Hardenbergh and was living in Honolulu in 1936. She was living in Marin County California in 1943 when her daughter Neeltje  was born. In California she studied with John Hubbard Rich, Aloys Bohnen, and John Garth. In 1945 she was living in Point Loma California.

In the 1950’s she moved east. In 1955 she was in Boston helping her brother Tyrone Power with piano work for the movie he was starring in -- The Eddy Duchin Story. (Anne was a musician and composer besides being an artist). She was living in Cambridge at that time while her husband was teaching at Harvard University. She was subsequently divorced and lived in Winthrop and Marblehead Massachusetts with a long time friend of the family Midge White.

She had a studio in the artist colony of Rockport Massachusetts and taught art there. She exhibited at the Copley Society in Boston, and also had a studio in Redstone New Hampshire (North Conway area). I believe she also lived in Maine at one time. Later in the 20th Century she moved to Venice Florida with Midge White. She was living at 307 Ponce De Leon Ave in Venice Florida in 1976, and died in Venice Florida in 1999.

She painted in oils and watercolors. She did landscapes, portraits, still life, and some abstracts which were done in a special glaze base watercolor medium.
