| Born in Massachusetts on Dec. 31, 1868. While a resident of San Francisco in the 1890s, Holcomb was active in the local art scene and painted still lifes. By 1904 she was the wife of Alex Cook. She died in South San Francisco on Nov. 11, 1955.
