Carol Heft began studying painting with American master, Robert Brackman, when she was twelve years old. She received her undergraduate degree from the Rhode Island School of Design where she met a range of artists including Leland Bell, Fairfield Porter, Judy Pfaff, and Louisa Chase, Younghee Choi-Martin, and Addison Parks. In her early years in New York City, Heft had a number of solo exhibitions. More recently, her work has been (showing 500 of 4110 characters). |
