| Carol Wurtenberger was born in Sylvan, Multnomah, Oregon in December 1892. Wurtenburger taught at the California School of Fine Arts while a resident of San Francisco in 1922-30. By 1930 she had wed artist Wallace Harrison. Her address in 1932 was New York City.
