Cliff Horvick was born in 1967 but never took up painting until age 24 after a female acquaintance prompted his interest in art. An obsession quickly developed. Completely self taught, early on he experimented with watercolors for a short time until he discovered oil on canvas. Looking at the work in books first, then later at museums in Philadelphia and New York City he became fascinated with the work of Renoir,Monet, and Dali. A p (showing 500 of 1332 characters). |
