A degree from the State University of New York at Purchase and an M.F.A. from Brooklyn College in New York, she has received an number of awards, grants and recognitions for her landscape paintings. She was a resident at the MacDowell Colony and received an award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters. She has been a visiting critic and adjunct professor at Boston University, Brooklyn College, the New York Academy and the Tyler School of Art at Temple Universtiy. Her primary studio has been in New York City. |
