Biography from AskART:

A painter of Native American people and their culture, Hall grew up painting in Neosho, Missouri and lives in rural McDonald County, surrounded by Huckleberry State Forest.

Fellow painter and master of color Bob Tommey was influential in his artistic development.

2004 Artists' Choice and the H.E. Williams Award, Midwest Gathering of the Artists
