| | Born in San Jose, CA on Jan. 2, 1895. Heron began her art studies while at San Jose Normal School and graduated from the CCAC in 1921. She earned a B.A. degree from San Jose State College in 1929. While pursuing an art career, she lived in Pacific Grove, San Francisco, San Jose, and San Mateo. A spinster, she died in Oakland, CA on March 6, 1980. Member: Nat'l Ass'n of Women Painters & Sculptors; Carmel AA.
