| The following is from Anthony Bambace:
Hazen- he changed his name around 1920- designed a few hundred book covers, illustrations or title page layouts for many publishers. I can attest to this because I have quite a number of examples of his fine work. There was a biography of sorts published at USC by Prof. Charles Gullens.
