| Born in Winder, Pennsylvania, George Haskey was a painter and sculptor who was active in Pittsburgh and lived his later years in Watertown, New York.
He studied at the Carnegie Institute with Emile Walters, Samuel Rosenberg, and Hobart Nichols and was a fellow of the Tiffany Foundation and the Pittsburgh Art Association. |
