| | Born in San Francisco, CA on March 17, 1893. Holl studied at the CSFA and privately with Sophie Culp. During the 1920s she became active in the local art scene. A spinster and lifelong resident of her native city, she died on Jan. 22, 1990. Primarily an oil painter, she also worked in watercolor and charcoal; however, her forte painted porcelain.
