| Harold Maxwell Hahn was born in Oakland, CA on March 25, 1920. Hahn grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and was taught woodworking while in high school. This led to building ship models, which he raised to a fine art form. He studied at the Cleveland School of Art and Case School of Applied Science where he pursued etching and printmaking. He currently lives in Cleveland.
