|  Henrietta Elizabeth Dodd HOOPES (1904-- ) Portrait painter. Born in Wilmington DE on Feb. 23 1904. Hoopes studied with Andre LHOTE in Paris and at the Corcoran Gallery of Art.
During the 1930s she was active in Los Angeles. During the 1940's and early 1950's she was based in Washington DC. ("Who's Who in American Art," 1936-1953).
