Henrietta Elizabeth Dodd Hoopes was born in Wilmington, Delaware on February 23, 1904.
Hoopes studied with André Lhote in Paris and at the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington, DC. During the 1930s she was active in Los Angeles.
During the 1940s and early 1950s she was in Washington, DC. Member: Washington Art Guild.
