|H. Theodore Hallman was born in Milford Square, Bucks County, Pennsylvania in 1904, and received his art training at the Philadelphia Museum College of Art, the Tyler School of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia, and in France, Italy and Germany.|
Exhibitions : Twenty solo shows in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and general exhibitions in Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Baton Rouge, Nashville, Washington, Allentown, West Chester and New Hope, Pa. He has received more than 20 prizes and awards.
Teacher of art in Oaklyn, N.J., Norristown, Pa. and at present Chairman of Art at West Chester State College in West Chester, Pa.
