| Kenneth Vernon Hultgren was born in Minnesota on November 14, 1915. “Ken” Hultgren moved to California in 1935 to begin his art career. He soon joined Disney Studios where he became one of their best animators. He did model sheets and layouts for such films as “Bambi” and “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.” His forte was animal illustrations and cartoons for syndicated comic strips. He died in Los Angeles on December 13, 1968.
