| Born in Kansas City, MO on July 2, 1895. Hinkle was educated at UC and Stanford University. During the 1920s she settled in Fullerton, CA where she was head of the art department at Fullerton High School and Jr. College. She died in Fullerton on July 29, 1985. Her subjects include marines and landscapes of the Sierra and the deserts of southern California. Exh: Calif. WC Society, 1924-32; So. Calif.
