| From Texas, Lucille Hall, married to Norman C. Hall, was a painter who began art studies in 1925 in El Paso, where she had moved in 1918. Her Texas teachers were Cyril Kay-Scott, Xavier Gonzalez, Alice Chilton, Jewel Myers, and California instructors were Henry Richter and Count De Classon. Exhibition venues included the El Paso Women's Club, 1935.
Her family were Texas pioneers, and her father was a trail driver.
