| | Born in Lincoln, England on March 1, 1836. Hodgkinson immigrated to the U.S. in 1853. She arrived in San Francisco in 1897 and was active in the local art scene until the earthquake in 1906. She then moved across the bay to Berkeley and died there on Dec. 16, 1923. Exh: SFAA, 1896-05. | Source:
