| A painter, Mary Foulds Hall was born in cincinnati, Ohio and was a member of the Foulds flour family. After her marriage to A.A. Hall in 1883, hse settled in Piqua, Ohio. From the 1890s, she wintered in Carmel, California where she painted scenes of the coast and landscapes of the Monterey peninsula.
Mary Hall died in Carmel on September 16, 1945. she was a member of the Carmel Art Association.
