Mary Martha Himler (1890-)
She was born in 1890 and was a resident of the Latrobe, Pennsylvania area of Westmoreland County. Very active in the WPA era and extremely versed in that style, she was co-founder of the Greater Latrobe Area High School Art Appreciation club. Several very fine examples of her work are on display at the Senior High School in Latrobe, Pa. She encouraged our youth to appreciate the finer aspect of the arts.
