The following information was submitted in November of 2006 by the John H. Vanderpoel Art Association, Chicago: Moving from Manistee, Michigan to the Beverly neighborhood in Chicago when in her teens, she lived there for the rest of her life. She met her husband, architect Murray Hetherington while both where studying at the Art Institute in Chicago. They married in 1924, and moved into a house designed by Murray.
Because of bad economic times, they had to sell the house and (showing 500 of 1751 characters). |
