| | Born in Tucson, AZ on Oct. 9, 1883. Harris worked as an artist in Cincinnati before settling in San Francisco in 1902. He studied there at the Mark Hopkins Art Institute. He painted Chinese genre and still lifes in oil and watercolor. He died in San Francisco on Aug. 16, 1950. Exh: SF Newspaper Artists, 1903; Sanborn & Vail Gallery, 1924.
