Born in Indiana on Sept. 4, 1872. After earning an M.A. degree at DePauw University, Haller settled in Los Angeles in 1897. A specialist in flower painting, her work was well-received by local critics in the 1930s. She died in Los Angeles on Oct. 5, 1966.
