Perrietta Hester is known for her impressionist landscapes, wild life images, still life works, portraits, and abstract works. She paints primarily in oils, and does a considerable amount of plein air painting. In addition to her artistic endeavors, she has taught art at the Los Angeles Unified School District, University of California San Diego, Palomar College and San Diego Community College.
Hester studied at San Diego State University, where she earned both a BA an (showing 500 of 1138 characters).
