He was born in 1912 on August 12 in Brussels, Belgium.
Studied drawing at the Academie Des Beaux Arts in Brussels. He also studied oil painting, landscape, human anatomy and design, and watercolor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels.
He is represented in many fine collections and is well-known for his aquatint etchings.
