A 19th century British landscape painter, Theodore Hines frequently exhibited at the Royal Academy from 1880 through 1889. He also had exhibitions from 1876 through 1889 at numerous other London galleries, including Suffolk Street and Grovenor Gallery. Though he specialized in rural landscapes, London was Hines' primary residence throughout his artistic career. He often painted the Royal Berkshire villages situated by the Thames as they were in easy reach (showing 500 of 921 characters). |
