| | Born in Seattle, WA on Jan. 7, 1903. Grube studied at the Cornish Art School in Seattle and at the CSFA. After her marriage to lawyer Charles Hickey in 1935, she was active in the Seattle art scene and founded the NW WC Society. A widow, in 1950 she moved to southern California and settled in Palos Verdes. She died in Redondo Beach on Dec. 30, 1994. Exh: Women Painters of Wash., 1932-46; Wash.
