Will Hinds (b. 1936, Lafayette, Louisiana)
A Louisiana native, he graduated from Lafayette High School and the University of Southwestern Louisiana, holding a degree in engineering.
After a successful career in the oil industry, he decided to devote himself to fine art full-time in the late 1960s, creating realistically detailed paintings of the landscapes and rural lifestyles along the southern coasts of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, and the coast and bayou country of sout (showing 500 of 1303 characters). |
