This biography from the Archives of AskART:
William Thomas (Will) Hollingsworth (1891-1975)

Born in Louisville, Kentucky on May 10, 1891, he died in Windsor, Vermont on November 10, 1975

He was employed by the Academy of Fine Arts in Chicago, Illinois in 1917.  Hollingsworth resided in Chicago until at least 1922; by 1927 he lived in New York City.

He married Edith Buckner Kirk (1892-1979), ca. 1926 and they had one child, Kirk, b. 1928.
In 1936 they lived in New City, NY.
