Winnie was born and lived all her life in Muncie, Indiana and had a full and busy life taking part in many civic organizations. She was the oldest child of seven children. Winnie started painting as a hobby in 1930 and as she was encouraged to learn more and eventually was considered a professional. She studied under Wayman Adams, George Mock, Eliot O'Hara, Jerry Farnsworth, and John Herron a (showing 500 of 1095 characters). |
