| | Born in Devils Lake, ND on Jan. 24, 1884. After studying painting with John H. Carlsen, Birger Sandzen, and Randall Davey, Jacobson moved to Los Angeles in 1927. By 1934 she was an art teacher at Valley Union School in San Bernardino. A spinster, she died in Los Angeles on Sept. 30, 1948.
