From his home in the Catskill Mountains of New York state Cole Johnson draws the local wildlife using only graphite pencils for his trademark black and white artwork. Though Johnson has traveled to Alaska, Montana, Wyoming and Florida to view and photograph wildlife he still enjoys drawing the animals native to his home in Delaware County, New York.
Cole Johnson graduated from Buffalo State College in 1991 and though he has been encouraged by professors and gallery owners to add color to (showing 500 of 2937 characters). |
