| Born in Kansas City, MO on March 16, 1896. Jones began her art studies at the AIC. By the early 1930s she had settled in Los Angeles and further studied at Chouinard and Otis Art Institutes. During WWII she painted portraits of servicemen in Navy and Army hospitals. Jones died in Orange County, CA on April 1, 1985. Exh: Calif.
