The following information was submitted in June of 2006 by Harry Ewell: George Jensen was born in 1878 and died October 4, 1977. He lived in Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio but died in Wood County.
A painter, as well as an art educator, he taught many students through various regional artists' clubs as well as in private lessons into his own old age. For ca. 20 years he worked as an illustrator for advertising and art firms in Cleveland and Toledo, with his work appearing in (showing 500 of 785 characters). |
