| Born in Caryle, IL on March 28, 1887. Following service in WWI, Jones moved to California in 1916. A resident of Santa Cruz in the 1920s, he spent his last 13 years in San Francisco. Active in the local art scene, he was a still-life specialist. He died there on April 10, 1941. Member: Bohemian Club; Bay Region AA.
