| | Born in San Francisco, CA on May 24, 1876. Jennings studied at the local Institute of Art for five years and was active in the San Francisco art scene from 1915. During the Depression he worked for Foster & Kleiser (billboards). In 1936 he assisted Frank Van Sloun in painting 8 large murals in the rotunda of the Palace of Fine Arts. He died in Arizona in July 1963. His rare works include landscapes, portraits, and still lifes.
