Margaret Edmonds Jensen is also known as Marit Jensen. She was best
known for her paintings, serigraphs, collages and screenprinting. She
was born in Buffalo, New York (unknown date) and died in Provincetown,
MA, 1978.
Jensen studied at Carnegie Institute of Technology and
at the Hans Hofmann School of Fine Art in Provincetown. She was a
member of the Provincetown Art Association, National Association of
Women Painters, Provincetown Art Gallery, Abstract Group of Pittsbu (showing 500 of 1771 characters). |
