Michael Jackson's works first were published in his 1982' Thriller album booklet - academically perfect free-style humor cartoon-caricature graphics. The first portrays Paul MacCartney and Michael Jackson, turning apart a doggone girl for the song "The Girl Is Mine". The second is Thriller theme: monsters fall from a cinema screen right into movie theater. Those are one of the most copied drawings ever: total circulation topped 52 million copies.
Secondly Mr. Jackson's major works came with 1995's History booklet - academically perfect and deep paintings in symbolism style. First called "Scream" (original is oil on canvas) - portrays screaming-in-tension teen girl, driven in between opened pages of a huge book with the lyrics of a song; the second is "Childhood" - graphite/coal/carbon black and white volumetric graphics of a little black boy in a corner with microphone. The circulation currently is at least 16 million copies.
There are many more painting works of Mr. Jackson, but those were never published.
